I am at peace within myself. I am honest (to a fault?) and do not play games or pacify. I am fairly intelligent, in fairly good shape, and very compassionate. I love the ocean, redwoods, sunrises and sunsets, rainbows and discovering new adventures in nature. I have a very large sense of humor. I believe in discussing problems and not holding grudges. I march to my own drummer. I try, although I do not go to church often, to be a good Christian. I treat others as I would like to be treated. I try to follow what Gandhi said about "Be the change that you want to see in the world." I am retired and although not wealthy monitarily, I am very blessed. I have everything I want and need. (Except a special person in my life) I am very good at reading a person through their eyes. I do not appreciate the lines and wrinkles that have come with aging, however I refuse to have them surgically corrected. I cannot understand why this is called "The golden age". It seems more like "Rusty Tin." I believe in what is inside a person, rather than outside appearances. As most Sr. citizens say, "I am told that I appear to be in my 50's". I do not like having my picture taken and therefore there will be no picture posted of me. If you want to get to know me, you will have to take "a leap of faith" and get to know the real me before seeing me in person. I can agree to the same with you.
