Optimistic and Cautious I am new to this and too cautious to be putting my picture up on the internet. For what it is worth (and we both know that's not much), I am told I look like Harrison Ford.

I am legally separated, not yet divorced, after a long marriage that was without romance for the last seventeen years. I am still in the family home with separate quarters. The nest is almost empty.

I ride my bike to work a lot.

Talking and listening to people I know well are my basic tools of happiness.

I like to attend drama and film.

I like to dance.

I like to talk.

I like to listen.

I would like to have a friendship.

I like my job.

Therapy has helped me over the years.

My sister and I are good friends, which wasn't always easy.

I am a professional with my own business.

I haven't had a drink or a drug in over twenty four years.

I believe in love.

I love my kids and we talk(!)

I sometimes think I am too earnest, but at least I am cheerful about it.
