I can't believe I am old enough to join this group
I can't believe I am old enough to join this group When I say I am 56 I shock myself. In my head I don't believe it but here I am 3 1/2 years away for the big 6 0. I am still trying to adjust to it. My forties were awesome and was looking forward to my fifties but it has not been what I expected. My joints ache, my eyes aren't as sharp and of course many others. Everyone tells me that I do not look my age but there are days....
