Because tomorrow's troubles are already real
I wonder how a friendly touch...
would feel.
Because my arms have ached too long..
I'll search the heavens for where they belong.

I hope for a lady and will treat her with knowledge that she is what makes me feel fulfilled and worthy, I know I need a companion and helpmate.
My name is Ray, (don't know if I'm allowed to be that truthful) I've had some successes and some failures. There have been victories and defeats. Highs and lows. laughs and tears. I've answered the bell in the order it rang! I've loved and been loved. .
I've known the joy of being a Dad.
I've lost people who's passing has left holes in my soul.
There has been times the dark has been a comfort
and times the dark has frighten me.
I've had my faith tested. I have sinned.
I've hoped and I've despaired.
I've had prayers answered and ignored.
I've tolerated things I have no tolerance for.
Love has been both good and bad to me.
I was born in Texas. Most consider me a gentleman and in spite of the trying, I have not found happiness everafter.
I am young of heart, still have my charm and some say my good looks.
I prefer a fit to average built woman Any height but weight and height are propotioned, I am 6'1" medium build.. and masculine.
There are some things that I will not put up with anymore.
Perhaps you could get used to being pampered in the grand course of things.
I am not one to argue, nag or forget the lessons I've lived.
