As you can guess from my profile description, I love nature and enjoy taking walks in the woods or along the seashore. In my spare time, I like to browse in unique shops, read, create jewelry, write a little poetry, cook, and spend time with my cat. I am a generous, caring and sincere person, and am fortunate to have several close friends and family near-by. I have one child, a son, 29, who lives on his own. I have been divorced for about eight years. I also enjoy photography, though my pictures probably wouldn't win any prizes. I am a spiritual person, but not religious. My spirituality is an important part of my life and who I am. Music is also important to me, and I enjoy almost all types of music. I specially like ethnic music (Celtic, Lithuanian, Middle Eastern in particular), but also enjoy everything from rock to Goth to opera. I enjoy going to museums, houses like the mansions in Newport, RI and other historic sites. I am not a pro at any of these, but I also like archeology, astronomy and quantum physics. Quantum physics fascinates me. The ideal man for me would not necessarily share these interests, but would have an open mind to them. I value sincerity and a caring nature. It wouldn't hurt for him to be a cat lover. Friendship and companionship are important aspects of any relationship that we would establish.
