I am happy and content as a single person; usually described by others as spontaneous, interesting and comfortable. I have learned not to control life but allow life to control. I know if I am doing the right thing everything works out exactly as it should. I have a huge zest for life and do not do couch potato. I am looking for a friend who in the beginning and maybe for forever is not seeking to marry or a 24/7 live in relationship. The end result of marriage is not a must happen. Unobtrusive in attitude; who is both ------- and ------. Who has a fulfilling independent life but who has room in his life to share parts with me. A man who is comfortable with my history as I would be with his. Willing to take the time to build a wonderful friendship that has fire, human failings, contentment and passion. Who is fun, can be audacious in private. I am perfectly willing to do the things that he wants to do with a smile. He must be willing to do the same. Commonality of interest, patience, kind, compassionate, affectionate, committed, loyalty, fidelity, responsible. Being each others best fan. Trust, honesty, able to communicate, lots of humor a must. Willing to ride out both the good and bad times and work things through. Love of nature, wanting to know what is over the next hill, desire to travel, desire to dance in the rain. Field/ice hockey, fly fishing and hiking are my favorite sports. Movies, theatre, travel, looking over the next hill, history, politics are just a small part of my interests. Have two tiny dogs - I love them but do not wrap my life around them
