Looking for good communication. friendship, maybe go dancing, or to dinner I am a recently retired widow. I was married almost 40 years. I love to dance, or take dance lessons if I had a partner. (shag, slow, or line dancing) I am down to earth, have a good sense of humor, I am caring, quite active. I love to travel, I am a dog lover. I would love to travel more if I had a good friend/boyfriend to do so with. And if possible, if I could take my dog with me, she is well behaved, though it may not always be required. She means a lot to me. I got her 2 weeks after my husband passed in 2000. The Internet and internet dating is very new to me. I want a friendship/and/or love if it comes, good communication, honesty. I am not hard to please. I am not a "fancy" barbie doll type. I am not looking for someone with money or highly educated. Not that I am agains't that, but a good heart is more important to me than those things. I have been told that I have a good heart. I love historical places, gardens, beach, mountains, new experiences, but I can have just as much fun sitting on the porch with coffee and a nice long talk/walk. I am independant. I do not want a physical relationship right off the bat. It must be something I feel totally comfortable with, and could happen with time.
