I am a lady who is keen to live a full, happy and active life. Humour is a close friend of mine, and she visits often.
And yes, I still appreciate gentlemen and believe that chivalry has not died. So, please feel free to open a door for me, or take my jacket....flowers? Oh yes please.
Trust, honesty and monogomy are traits that I value and as I am honest and a straight shooter from the hip, I wish to find a man who has the same values.
I'm a Mother of 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren and family is very important to me, as I am hoping yours is to you.
Am not shy, nor am I a coach potato; love getting out walking, shopping, travelling, movies, dancing and just plain being active. Yes, I do enjoy the odd television show but am not a prisoner the boob tube.
Travel is something I enjoy immensly and have had the pleasure of visiting Paris, as well as several other places in Southern US, and also have seen pretty much all of Canada at some point in time.
It seems to me that when we were in our teens, dating was a whole lot simpler, and now that we are Seniors, dating takes on a whole new life of it's own.
I like to eat and stay healthy, and love cooking & baking anything from soup to cheesecake; but if you have a craving for mudpies am sure I could whip up something. giggle here....kidding.
Looking for that elusive man who is willing to share the good and not so good times, to sit and have a glass of wine, talk till dawn if we can stay awake that long, for a friend, confidante and lifetime lover/partner.
I know this is a difficult task, but I have the time and am extremely patient; so maybe lets give it a try.
