59, female, S.F. bay area (Marin County). Looking 4ward 2 meeting good people 50 & over (only). I enjoy computers & anything tech. LOVE nature, the water, beaches, rivers, lakes,etc. Strong, warm, friendly, independent, resourceful, self-aware, spiritual but not religious, accepts responsibility for my own actions & how they may affect the people & the world around me & prefer to be in the company of others who have similar characteristics. Love animals, love to learn & am easily intrigued, inspired & am always hungry for knowledge. Am almost always in good spirits (in spite of living w/ an incurable chronic pain disease which is quite debilitating at times) & am easy-going, light-hearted & feel joy & respect for the simplest things in life & see always see beauty all around me. I love life & I'm told I am clever, witty, intelligent w/ a good sense of humor.
I don't concern myself too much w/ fancy, expensive clothes & makeup & such. Am more of a natural woman. Love the country, like to cook, and I really enjoy music, & film.
Am very concerned about the disabled, poor & the elderly (all of which are me - lol).
I believe people should be generous, rather than just out for what they can get for themselves. And am a firm believer in what goes around comes around/karma.
I can be very serious, dedicated, and concerned, or silly, care-free & warm-hearted.
I have been alone for a very, very long time. But I'm rarely lonely, enjoy my own company & am never bored.
But as I'm nearing 60 yrs old (next month/June) I find I'm beginning to reevaluate my life and am feeling the the desire to be closer to people & to share more of my heart & mind. Maybe even w/ 1 special person.
