Lies are being told here on this site,
Yes, someone hugged me.
I HAVE NEVER RETURNED THE ACTION...Admin says different.
: What are they doing!
I am very particular about who I talk to ..let alone get that close !

We have not been contacted regarding this issue, so we find it odd that you would post in the forum and state that 'lies are being told'.

Without discussing your account in a public area of the network, we will only say that you indicated that someone 'hugged' you via our system.

Based on your comments, it seems you are saying that our system is telling you that you 'Hugged Back'.

One of two things could have happened here:

1) When viewing the action in your account, you MIGHT have clicked the 'Hug Back' link. We are not saying that you did, but accidents happen, and it is possible that you did this by accident.

2) There could be a bug in our system that caused an automatic 'Hug Back' to the person who hugged you.

While the second option is possible as well, we think it is unlikely because there are VERY large numbers of actions taking place every day (ie. hugs, smooches, etc.)...and no other members have reported this problem.

If there was a glitch in the system, it seems like we would be hearing from other members.

Of course no system is foolproof, and it is possible that for some reason, in this case, something like that did happen.

One thing we can say for sure is that there are no 'lies' being told in our sites deliberately.

Either you accidentally initiated a hug back to the person who hugged you, or there is a bug in our system.

At this point, without hearing of this problem from other members, we are going to assume this was an isolated incident with the cause unknown.

If you experience anything like this again, we recommend that you contact us directly via feedback(at)passionsnetwork.com so that we can investigate the matter further, and speak to you directly in a non-public forum about your account.

One thing we would like to make perfectly clear is that we are here to help our members, and if there is a problem of any sort, we want to know about it so that we can determine what happened, and fix it (if the problem is due to a glitch in our system).

Posting comments like 'Lies are being told here on this site' doesn't help us help you in any way...and posting a comment like 'Admin says different' implies that we were contacted, and that we have commented on this, which is not true.
